Woodward Relays at Walter Johnson HS -
Middletown Girls, Good Counsel Boys Win
GIRLS
Middletown rode strength in field events to capture the team title over Good Counsel,
82-75. Fifty of Middletown’s points came in field events, including first in high
jump and pole vault and seconds in discus, shot put, and long jump. The Knights also
earned a second in the shuttle hurdles. Good Counsel won five events: 4-mile relay,
shuttle hurdles, and distance medley, as well as long jump and triple jump. Detailed girls results.
