Hurricane Katrina has come and gone, and much of New Orleans has not returned.
But the Nokia Sugar Bowl Classic will run as scheduled. Tad Gormley Stadium will not be ready, so meet director Mike Corn moved the meet to Johnny Jacobs Playgorund in Marrero, just across the river from the meet headquarters hotel, the Hilton Riverside in downtown New Orleans.
This has been a big meet for Ruston LA teams the past 2 years. They swept team honors last year and the boys won in 2004.
