Running At The Armory

The Armory features a 6-lane, 200-meter track. The track has banked turns and the Mondo surface insures excellent traction. The infield has an 8-lane Mondo-surfaced area for 55 & 60-meter dashes and hurdle events.

There are two Long Jump pits which are also used for Triple Jump events. Both have Mondo-surfaced runways. There is one Pole Vault area with a Mondo-surfaced runway.

The High Jump competition is held on the infield. There are two high jump areas which are located at the east and west end of the infield. Both have Mondo-surfaced run-up areas. The Shot Put/Weight Throw cage is located at the East end of the track. It has just been redesigned to accommodate the Weight Throw event this year.
