Craig Miller PA and Diego Mercado CA crowd A.J. Acosta CA at the top. Super competition makes it a crap shoot after the first four -- Ryan, Lawrence, Yetzer and Sammons.
Mohamud Ige is favorite now, if he is not rusty from several weeks of no meets. Lindon Peacock MI moves up with state meet and Mid-East wins. Betsy Bies will give Yankton SD a repeat winner in a terrifically deep region.
With Craig Miller out, Brian Rhodes-Devey moves into favorite's spot in boys race. Defending national champion Aislinn Ryan is runaway favorite to win girls regional. Defending national champion Aislinn Ryan is runaway favorite.
Michael Eaton, Jack Bolas, Sandy Roberts are the big three. Ashley Brasovan is season long leader after Great American surprise.
