Awards Ceremony
New Balance Athletic Shoe Inc. sponsor of the New Balance Games presented several awards to athletes, teams and coaches. Awards were made for performance at the Armory Prep Propgram and included placques, $1,000 and 3 lap top computers. The Marty Glickman Award named in honor of the deceased Hall of Fame Broadcaster and Track Star recognizes overall achievements in academics, team spirit and community service. This year Woodrow Wilson NJ the award and received a check for $10,000. Suffern High School NY was the runner up.
