The NTN regional rankings are the basis of the NTN team selection process. The top two teams in each region at the end of the season will be invited to compete in the Nike Team Nationals in Portland Dec. 4. The third and fourth place teams in each region are considered for the four national at-large selections.

National #2 The Woodlands has dominated every meet, the latest a 15-point perfect score with 15:31 3M average with 20-second spread on hilly course. Cedar Park wins home invite with 16:40 5k average, after running 9:30 average in 5 x 2M. Carroll could move up after running full team together for first time this weekend. Kingwood runs 11:35 2M average taking first 6 places at Mayde Creek invite, previously ran 14:55 4k average. Highland Park, Carroll and Marcus FM ran close 1-2-3 at Marcus meet a week ago.
