Four hours after ringing up the season's fastest 1000 meters, Fauquier VA sophomore Sarah Bowman dominated a good 1600 meter field in the 5th fastest time in the country this season. Both wins were totally solo efforts from the first turn to the finish as Bowman bounds along like a pleasure run in the park. She ran negative splits in the 1600 (2:29.6 and 2:25).
