New Balance National Scholastic Indoor - March 10-12, 2000 - New York Armory

The entry form is in Adobe Acrobat format, which lets you see a form that is exactly the same as a printed form.   You can view the form on your screen with a program called the Acrobat Reader, and you can print it out to use as an entry form for the NSI.  Follow these steps to get the entry form:

1. If you do not already have the Acrobat Reader on your computer, click here or on the icon below to download this program.  If you already have the Acrobat Reader, proceed to step 2.
2. Download the file 2000nscscd.pdf by right clicking on this link: 2000nscscd.pdf (288 KB) and following your browser's instructions to save the file to your computer.  In Microsoft's Internet Explorer, pick Save Target As.
