  • Phoenix jr Elliot Jantzer easily takes boys 3k in 8:40.47, and 1500 in PR 3:58.53
  • Eric Whalen (La Salle sr) wins javelin throw with a huge personal best of 192-08.00, to go with previous day's discus title.
  • Cottage Grove girls win 4x100 relay 49.52

  • Vale sr Zack Hevner swept the sprints, taking the 100 (11.38 nwi), 200 (22.31 +1.8) and 400 (49.83) and then anchoring his Vale 4x400 team (in only one shoe, after he lost his right spike in the exchange) to a win that sealed up the team title.
  • Toleda sr Beth Stam turned an impressive field quadruple of her own: 17-04.50 (+0.2) LJ / 37-02.00 (-2.2) TJ / 133-06 JT / 5-04.00 HJ
  • Burns senior Jaela Dinsmore used two PRs to set two state records, winning the 200 in 25.49 (+1.7) and the 400 in 56.98, and also taking the 100 in 12.64 (-1.8)
