Boys - St. Mary’s (Berkeley, Ca.), with junior Matt Duffy running a 2:00.1 anchor leg, won in 3:37.24 with A.T.S. Elite (Highlands Ranch, Co.) in second at 3:38.57 and Timpview (Provo, Utah) third at 3:409.09.
Girls - James Logan (Union City, Ca.) held the lead until the final 800-meter anchor leg. At that time, Spanish Fork (Utah), anchored by Nachelle Stewart, a 53.96 400 runner, was in second and Kryptonite (Castle Rock, Co.), an all-star team anchored by Leigh Ann Ganzar, a 2:10.81 800 runner, was in third. Stewart overtook Ganzar with just less than 400 remaining only to see Ganzar regain the lead and lead Kryptonite to the win, 4:01.21 to 4:01.52. Spanish Fork’s second place time leads the nation. James Logan finished third in 4:07.11 to rank fifth in the nation. James Logan (Union City, Ca.) B Team won the B Final in 4:05.74 for the fourth fastest time in the nation.

3:41.34, respectively. Track Eastern Carolina at 3:33.11, S.C.T.A. (Long Beach, Ca.) at 3:33.57, Davis
(Kayesville, Utah) at 3:33.61 and Transit Tech (Brooklyn, N.Y.) were the other A Final qualifiers.
Girls - Davis (Kayesville, Utah) was the top qualifier at 4:11.00 followed by Spanish Fork
(Utah) at 4:13.22 and Kryptonite (Co.) at 4:18.79. Two California teams also advanced, West Coast Heat at
4:18.80 and James Logan (Union City) at 4:21.69.
