STATE PRE-QUALIFYING MEET: The NIKE / LITTLETON Invitational is a sanctioned State Pre-Qualifying meet. Certified Officials, Fully Automatic Timing system and wind gauges will be used to comply with CHSAA. DATE OF MEET: Saturday, April 14th, 2007 SITE: Littleton Public Schools Stadium – 199 E. Littleton Blvd COACHES MEETING: There will be a scratch meeting at 7:15 at the south end of the stadium in the locker room. NO ADDS OR SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED. ADMISSION: Adults - $4.00 Students - $3.00 SCORING: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (Eight Places) Hy-Tek Software AWARDS: Trophies 1st and 2nd Place Boys and Girls 1st Place Combined Team Medals 1st - 3rd Place Special Awards MVP Boy and Girl Athlete, Meet Records TIMING: Finish Lynx (FAT) will be used, and Sprint 8 as a backup system. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - No athletes or coaches will be allowed on the infield during the meet unless they are competing or warming up for the next event in the warm up area.
- Athletes are to report to the check in area 10 minutes prior to the event on the northwest corner of the infield.
- Warm up area will be located on the north half of the infield and limited to that area only.
- Camps need to be outside of the infield area or in the bleachers.
- Concessions will be available and coach’s lunches provided by Outback.
- A trainer will be available for treatment of injuries.
