Dover DE sr Jason Lilly is a big, powerful runner
who filled up the Finish Lynx camera twice, winning the 400
by 0.01 second and losing the 200 by 0.03. It added up to
the MVP runner award. In the 400, Jason held off Transit Tech's
Melville Rogers by the narrowest of margins, 48.47
to 48.48. In the 200, the result was reversed as Lilly was
edged by Poly Prep's Che Chavez, 21.80 to 21.83.
Each race produced the top 3 times in the country this season.
Eric Seely, Half Hollow Hills NY, was third in both
races and third in the country with fine times of 49.00 and
21.97.
