Bills itself as the biggest in-season competition in the country - California vs. the best of the US - annually produces US-leading performances - future Olympians abound - moves back to the high school campus this year after one year at Citrus College.
Everyone pauses for the National Anthem as sun starts to set over the
mountains beyond Arcadia High School - "When the lights went on,
the stars came out."
