Attached is a video of what I believe to be the fastest girls 400 field in the State this year. The Varsity Girls SCAC 400 final featured 5 times under 57 seconds:

55.04 ***Amber Purvis, Benicia
56.02 *Keisha Baker, Fairfield
56.35 -Sherrelle Dilworth, Vallejo
56.78 **Champelle Brown, Fairfield
56.97 *Dominique Cowling, Benicia

What is more impressive is that the there is only 1 Senior among the runners (2 Jrs, 2 Sophmores, and 1 super freshman champion - Amber Purvis from Benicia)
