  • STATE MEET - Alicia Craig ended her high school career with a triple state record performance: 2:12.28, 4:52.12, and 10:33.15. Shauna Smith also tripled in 14.36, 43.25p SR, and 54.88. The meet was held at Casper WY, 5100 feet elevation, 70 degrees.

    Campbell County jr Alicia Craig set three state records:
    • 3200 meters in 10:37.50, a new state record by 16 seconds (10:53.04 by Amanda Grout of Cheyenne East, 1997), weather 55 degrees, very little wind.  
    • 800 meters in 2:12.48, (old record 2:14.14 by Marcy Befus of Riverton, 1987),  weather 60 degrees, 7 mph wind.
    • 1600 meters in 4:57.50,  (old record 5:03.81 by Amanda Grout of Cheyenne East, 1997),  weather 58 degrees, 7 mph wind
    • Other top marks:
      3A Val Thorsen, Newcastle, 2:14.22, 5:05.06, and 11:13.00
      2A Jessica Fox, Burns, 56.08
      4A Katie Lyman, Cheyenne Central,  1600m 5:03.84 and 11:07.88
      4A Kelsey Wicks, Campbell County, 5'6"
