Southern hospitality, spring break beaches, and good competition have combined to make this meet grow from a local 3-county meet in 1993 to a premier event with national name stars in the past 2 years. The meet runs over two days, with the limited-entry invitational division Saturday preceded on Friday by an open division for all comers.

strong fields in the 400 (52.98 US#1) and the 200 (23.64) and Central
Miami FL jr Bershawn Jackson doubled in the hurdles in 14.04 -1.0 (Josh
Walker 14.11 hitting a hurdle) and 36.33 MR. .
