GENERAL INFORMATION

Any athlete competing for their HS team and any high school age athlete- born September 1,  1981 or later, who is a full-time student in the 9th-12th grades and who has met the entry standard is eligible. Exceptions are made for athletes in the 7th or 8th grades who are (or would be, in the case of a club athlete) eligible for their high school team.

This is an open meet sanctioned by USA Track & Field.  It is NOT sanctioned by any high school federation- local, state, or national, as it is after the official high school indoor season in most states.  Athletes are advised to be aware of their local and/or state association rules regarding such a competition and to check with either their coach, state federation or the New Balance National Scholastic Indoor Track & Field Championships.

All athletes must have valid USATF cards.   Purchase a 2001 USATF card (valid January 1,2001 until December 31, 2001) through your local USATF Association Office or by using the application included in this entry form and returning it with your entry.  The cost is $15.
