Boys 5k - Boys 3 Mile - Girls 5k - Girls 3 Mile

This is the 13th list of the season, with only one state meet left (California) before Foot Locker regionals.
In using the lists to analyze the upcoming Foot Locker regionals, bear in mind that many states run shorter distances for girls, and these times are not included. We only include 3 mile and 5k races, or ones that are very close (short by 0.05 mile or less). Therefore, many good female runners may not have a qualifying time in the Leader Lists but are, nevertheless, a legitimate contender in the Foot Locker regionals.
Notes on the new lists:
Boys 5k - No changes in the top 10.
Boys 3 Mile - Big Bear CA sr Ryan Hall moved into 5th on the list with his Mt. SAC record 14:28 in the California Southern Section finals.
Girls 5k - No changes in the top 10
Girls 3 Mile - Hoover Glendale CA sr Anita Siraki added another sub-17 mark at hilly Mt. SAC (16:53), giving her the top 3 performances in this category and 3 of the five sub-17s run in the country this year.
