Meet All running events will begin at 9:00 am and run consecutively. Field events begin at 9:00 am. Field Event Relays are 2 persons per relay, total distance wins. Field events have three attempts no finals. Weigh in of implements will be at 8:30 am.
Awards Trophies for all relays 1st place and 2nd place finishers (running and field events).
Trophies for all Individual event 1st place and 2nd place finishers.
T-shirts for third place, individual events only.
A. Harry Chandler Memorial MVP award to the outstanding male and female performer
Sanctioned Virginia High School League and National Federation
Rules Two runners per individual event (no exceptions)
JV relays consist of 6, 7, 8, 9 grades only. Cannot participate as JV and varsity
Times must be an accurate account of times run. Be prepared to substantiate times.

Starting Blocks will be furnished. DO NOT BRING BLOCKS!!!!!!
Tickets will be placed in packets for athletes
Special Penn Relays Invitational Relays (4x100, 4x400, 4x800) are intended to be preps for Pennsylvania Relays. Entry is very selective. We are looking for the top 8 relays in the State. If you feel your relay deserves to be included please include some credentials with your entry to help the selection committee.
Directions From Norfolk - Take I-64 to Richmond. Get off on LaSalle Ave exit and make a left on LaSalle Ave. Make a left on Victoria Blvd. Stadium's on the left.
From Richmond - Take I-64 to Norfolk. Get off on the LaSalle Ave. exit. Take LaSalle Ave to Victoria Blvd. Make a left on Victoria Blvd. Stadium's on the left.
