DyeStat Elite
2000 Outdoor US Rankings
These are the elite of the 2000 outdoor track and field season in the United States. The "season" includes meets during the school year plus major summer meets such as the Foot Locker National Outdoor, the Golden West, the Great Southwest, the Golden South, Junior Nationals, Pan Am Games, and AAU and USATF Junior Olympics.
Lists include all athletes recording performances received by DyeStat that meet cutoff standards established by DyeStat. We will include the sprint and distance medleys for the first time. As started at the end of the 2000 indoor season, we will combine 1600-Mile and 3200-2Mile performances into single lists, using the National Federation adjustment of +1.6 seconds for 1600 meters and +3.4 seconds for 3200 meters.
Meets that are published on DyeStat will be screened by DyeStat for qualifying performances. To submit other performances for inclusion in the 2000 Outdoor DyeStat Elite database, send email to [email protected] with one word RANK in the subject line and providing the following information:

- First and last name
- Name of school
- Location of school (city, ST)
- Grade in school (12, 11, 10, 9, etc)
- Birth date
- MEET
- Name of meet
- Location of meet (city, ST)
- Date of meet
- PERFORMANCE
- Event
- Place finished
- Mark in minutes/seconds or feet/inches
- FAT or handheld time
- SENDER
- Name
- Relationship to performance (coach, athlete, fan, family, media)
- How to contact sender (email, phone, etc)
- VERIFICATION
- How to verify the performance: meet manager, media, web site, etc.
- How to contact the verification source (web address, phone number, email address, etc.)
