2008 USA Cross Country Championships Defending
Champ Hasay leads super Prep Group Junior Women’s
Preview The top Eight finishers are predicted in order below, with a “B” group athletes who are on the cusp of that top group, and we would not fall out of our chair if some of them moved up into a position on the team. The “C” group are those who appear to have the ability to finish in the top fifteen or twenty on a special day. The Women’s event features some very, very high quality high-schoolers mixing it up with a good group of Collegiate first year runners. Again, it is our assumption that the top six will be selected for the US World Team, with that wording on the USATF site adjusted this week once already.
