The Large School Boys Varsity Race was a nailbiter with Indio edging La Sierra, 27 to 31. La Sierra's
number one runner (Steve Norton) showed some real class and sportsmanship when Indio's number
one runner, Ankur Joshi almost took a wrong turn, but was directed back on course by his competitor.
Host Rim of the World HS won both Small Schools divisions (girls had the fastest team times of the day).
