COACHES: HOPEFULLY THIS IS IT: While the number of schools has not changed from past years, the number of runners on the teams has grown tremendously. For that reason I have had to add two races to D-2 using the same format as D-1

To further balance the fields, it would help if the larger schools split their 10th graders into novice runners and those more experienced. That is totally up to you, and only a suggestion.
