Dear Coaches:

Here is a brand new cross country tournament designed to provide your mid-season program with both the
needed challenges of a physically aggressive, competitive course as will an exciting motivational Pacific
Coast experience. The course is a single 3 mile loop over rolling terrain on dirt and asphalt paths that run
along side Laguna Lake and up into the foot hills.

Registation Deadling: Wed. 10-22-03

Entry fees: $3.00 per runner or $25.00 per division

First Race Check-in Time: 9:00 AM

Location: Laguna Lake Park
504 Madonna Road
(1/4 mile south past Madonna Inn)
San Luis Obispo

Divisions: Frosh/Soph Boys 10:00 AM
Girls 10:30 AM
Varsity Boys 11:00 AM
Girls 11:30 AM
results available 30 minutes following each race

Awards: Medals to the top 15 finishers in each race,
Trophies to the First and Runner-up teams in each race

Entry Form

Course map, team name tags, etc. will be included in registration packet available race day
at Laguna Park at 9:00 AM (check in time)
