The Cal State Fullerton men (with sophomores Nick Arciniaga, far left, and Jordan Horn, far right)
jump-started their 2003 season with a fine 47-second scoring spread over 8k, earning the team-title honors.

 

 

Cal State Fullerton's Jordan Horn (Alta Loma HS) eventully closed the gap on
Santiago Canyon's Shane Dougherty (El Toro HS) in the men's race, but it was Biola's
Brian Baker (red uniform, background of right photo) that moved up well to place
second overall (25:23) in his collegiate debut!

in the team's sixth-place effort (but resting out frontrunners Mark Batres and Daniel Rojas)
while Azusa Pacific sophomore Danny Reid (Glendora HS) took 14th overall for the Cougars!
