Golden West Invite. All the divisions run together. The course is 3 miles
but seems more like a 5K. It is long and slow, with alot of grass and
many turns.

A duel between Victor Zavala-McFarland and Travis Hobbs -Delano. Zavala
pulls away late and wins by 7 seconds 15:56 to 16:03- Hobbs. Team race
came down to McFarland and Roosevelt. Early on Roosevelt put 4 lead runners
to the front. McFarland came on strong after the first mile and change
to gain control. McFarland won going away 47 points to Roosevelt's 81.
Even though Roosevelt looks to have one of their strongest teams in the
last 15 years.
