2002 Baron Invitational - Rohr Park - San Diego Section - George Green

Troy Swier (Mar Vista) was the star of this meet as he continues to absolutely roll in the far southern end of the State. Swier was out at 4:30 and blizted a fine Course Record of 15:24 with an awesome run of 15:04!! Troy left some good folks far behind during a stunning run!! Kristen Gonzalez (Bonita Vista) had the quickest girls run on a short course at 13:12. An impressive Boys team from Indio, certainly worthy of consideration in rankings after their run here, was the Boys Larger School team winner with a fine 47 point total. La Jolla (Boys) & La Jolla Country Day (Girls) split the Small Schools races, with Helix taking the Large Schools Girls race.
