Over thirty central California schools will kick off three track and field season in fine form this Saturday at the 6th Annual Sierra Invite. Relays to be held at Modesto JC.
Top girls teams Modesto, Turlock and Sierra will vie for team honors while State Div. IV XC Champ Amanda Moreno of Escalon will do battle with Sierra's Cherise McNair and Modesto's Erin Lewis in the distances.
In the boys division Lincoln of Stockton will take all challengers with Tom Petersen of Beyer opening up his senior year track campaign.
