Athletes compete Unattached in 6/6 competition at UC Davis

A GREAT day of throwing at UC-Davis for our first-ever California high school hammer championships. Good turnout and a great crowd. Beautiful weather: Low 90's.

Thanks to Andy Bloom for coming out and handing out the medals to all the deserving young throwers.

Also thanks to Ken Norlen, Coach Mac, Coach Rodney, Eck, Donch and others for making the trip. The kids appreciate your presence.

Big Greener on the far end of the tape made for a fabulous target for all the throwers. They tried to nail him a few time, but he's just too quick on his feet.

Looking forward to doing it again next year!
