California State Games - Track & Field-Youth

DATES: Saturday & Sunday, July 19 & 20

SITE: Patrick Henry High School

TIME: 9:00am start on both days. Events will be run in the order they are listed on the following page, running continuously throughout the day. Racewalk events will start at 8am on Saturday.

HOW TO ENTER
Don’t forget that you can enter online at www.calstategames.org

If you are entering as an individual: Include your Name, Address and
Phone Number. Check male/female and circle the Age Division in the right corner. Write your name, age, birthdate, and mark the times/distances for the events you are entering. All athletes must submit the Track Entry Form, Entry Fees, and signed waiver.

If you are entering as a team: It is recommended that Teams email their entries to [email protected] or submit a disk and computer print out of their team entries with the check to CSG. If not, use the Team entry form and include Team Name, Coach’s Name, Address & Phone Number. Copy the Entry Form for each Age Division for male and female. Example, one copy will list Bantam Girls, another will list Bantam Boys. Check male/female & circle the Age Division in the right corner. Write the athletes’ name, age, birthdate, & mark the time/ distance for events each athlete will be entering. All coaches must submit the Track Entry Form, total Entry Fees, and signed Waiver for each athlete or they will not be allowed to participate.

ENTRY DEADLINE: July 9, 2003

ENTRY FEE: $5 per Individual Event
$7 per Individual Event, if postmarked after July 9
$20 per Relay Event

RULES: Current USATF rules will govern.

AWARDS: Gold, Silver, & Bronze medals to the top three in each event.. Ribbons for 4th – 8th place in each event.
