A bit of history - Howard Sisters (left Sherri - her two other sisters to the right - Ruth Wysocki second from left - one of the early Southern Section greats and Olympian - remember when the Howard "Air-Force" family moved from Alaska to San Gorgonio HS in San Bernardino (and eventually Kennedy, Granada Hills) back a couple of decades ago with all four members of the 4x400 team sisters!! They went on to National Record and Olympic glory in one of Southern California's great sports stories - Wysocki huge upset winner over Mary Decker during her Olympic level career!!
LB Poly 44.90 400m Relay early start to the meet with some breezy conditions around the track - one senses they still have not put it together as they have the potentially to do in a magic way to some unbelievable time!!
