Just a little recap from today's WCAL Finals. No Wind gauges, but most of the day wind was either still or headwind. Great weather!

Amanda Thornberry ran 4:53:65 to win 1600! Michelle Gallagher 2nd at 4:57:12. Amanda also ran 800 and 3200. (2:16 - 3rd place, 11:03 - 2nd place, also ran 4x400) Gallagher ran 10:49 to win 3200. In the 1600, the first 6 girls were 5:06 or faster! Ashley Monfort wins 400/200 double -56.75/25.21.

Jared Belser (Bellarmine) wins a tight 100, holding off a fast closing Chris Johnson (Valley Christian) 10.84 to 10.86! Johnson comes back to win 200 in 22.05. Mike Boulton wins Varsity 300IH in 39.2! Hope this helps!
