Aptos 2/27 All-Comers - Santa Cruz Relays 3/1 at Aptos HS - Hank Lawson and Patti Coulter

12-00 in the LA Indoor for 5th, Kirsten Loftin (Aptos) backs things up with some good local efforts in the Pole Vault!!

Some fine pole vaulting by Kirsten Loftin (Aptos) 11-00 and 11-07 over a couple day period, with a fine 400 (51.8) and 1600 (4:28.1) double by junior Jacob Evans, last year the State's #3 listed soph 800 runner at 1:55.30, obviously intent on a strong 2003 spring!! Casey Nevitt, one of the nation's top 3200 runners for Aptos (10:36.84 last spring) was 11:42.0 cruising around the school's new facility for eight laps.
