Kevin Selby
DeLaSalle High School, Concord
The architect of the premiere boys’ program in the North Coast Section talks about the DeLaSalle success. Kevin, both as an athlete and a coach, has been a part of the Spartan’s legendary status as “the” boys’ program in the NCS over the last 20 years.


Chuck Woolridge
College Park High School (now at Campolindo High, Moraga)
Chuck orchestrated the building of a juggernaut at College Park, resulting in State D-II championships for the girls in 2003 and 2004. He will be carrying his expertise to Campolindo High this fall.

Along with:
Peter Brewer, Castro Valley High School: “Things Your Mother Never Told You About Coaching.” Peter will present the basics of surviving as a beginning coach, including planning workouts, scheduling, administrative duties, recruiting, et cetera.


Clinic Schedule:
8:00 a.m. Registration and breakfast
9:00 a.m. Kevin Selby, DeLaSalle High School
10:15 a.m. Chuck Woolridge, College Park High School
11:30 a.m. Learn-By-Doing -- Kevin and Chuck will demonstrate drills and auxiliary training using volunteer athletes
12:30 p.m. The best damn clinic lunch on the planet
1:30 p.m. Peter Brewer, Castro Valley High School
2:45 p.m Question and Answer -- Kevin and Chuck will field questions from the audience
3:30 p.m. (or thereabouts) attendees are invited to repair to an off-campus location for additional socialization and good-will.


Cost: $35.00
This includes membership in the Coaches’ Alliance which also brings with it a $1 million personal liability insurance. ($85.00 buys membership for your entire staff).
