Masters Men’s & Women’s Cross Country Championships!

Start Time
During the mid-day break between the morning/afternoon CIF Prelim Races…
**12:30pm MASTERS & CIF COACHES 3-MILE CUP RACE
Open to all CIF Boys and Girls Cross Country Coaches. (USATF Membership is not required)

Race Course
The historic Mt. SAC 3-Mile Cross Country Course that your runners will be racing to qualify for the CIF Divisional Championships on November 20….including the infamous Break-Neck Hill, Switch-Backs, Reservoir Hill and Poop-out Hill !!

Awards:
SPRINGCO TRAVELING CUPS to the 1st place Male & Female finisher.
USATF CHAMPIONSHIP medals to top-15 male and top-15 female finishers.

Entry Fee
$10 per individual entry. Return the entry blank on the back of this flyer. OR enter
on November 13, between 9:30-11:30am at the SPRINGCO CUP Desk
by ticket windows outside the entrance to the Mt. SAC Stadium.
