Arthur Lydiard Clinic

We are still having the Arthur Lydiard Clinic at Orange Coast College. We would like to consider it as a memorial tribute to Arthur Lydiard for all his accomplisments and influences he had over coaches and athletes around the world.

Jim Bush and Meb Keflezighi will be presenting Lydiard's Clinic at Orange Coast College. The time and place are Dec. 17th (Friday) from 7:30 to 9:30 in the Science Hall off ofAdams Parking Lot F(Adams Av.).

Jim Bush, former UCLA/USC coach, and long time Lydiard's friend, will conduct the PowerPoint Presentation and will be discussing Lydiard's philoshopy and training principles. This presentation is formatted as was originally planned, before Mr. Lydiard's untimely passing over the weekend.

A great addition to our clinic will be 2004 Athens Olympic Marathon Silver Medalist Meb Keflezighi. Meb will be talking about his running experiences.
