Cross-Country "Wrap-Up" Clinic

While there are a handful of California programs which have achieved notable
success in cross-country over the last decade or so, it's been noteworthy that
Murrieta Valley's Southern Section program has improved drastically in recent
years to become recognized as among the best on the West Coast. The secret?
Come to the clinic in early January and find out! (P.S. We heard some
nice reviews from attending coaches at last year's clinics. Give it a try!)

Details: Did you ever want a clinic AFTER the season to help reflect on successes and failures? If so, come find out how we have adapted the training principles of Dr. Joe Vigil at Murrieta Valley High School to develop a successful distance running program that annually produces elite individuals and teams. What works? What doesn’t? Clinic material will include complete training calendars for XC and Track, plus lots more. Several teams have implemented these principles with great success over the past year. Come here their experiences. Please join us for some quality coaching fellowship. Lunch will be provided!

Directions: From north of Murrieta (Corona/Riverside/LA/OC): Take the 15 fwy or 215 fwy south to Clinton Keith Road; Turn right and then proceed to Palomar; turn left and travel 2 miles to Nighthawk Way; Turn right and enter the parking lot on the left; Room 120 is one of the brown portables in the parking lot.
                   From South of Murrieta (San Diego area): Take 15 fwy north to California Oaks/Kalmia; Turn left and then proceed to Washington Ave (there is lots of street construction); turn right and proceed one mile to Nighthawk Way; Turn left and enter the parking lot on the left; Room 120 is one of the brown portables in the parking lot.
