"A WALK TO HEAL HEARTS - 2003"

The Kelly Weaver Memorial Fund began in 2001 as a result of the sudden tragic death of Kelly Weaver, an Edison High School student, at age 21 from an undiagnosed heart condition called Long QT Syndrome. This community-based organization is dedicated to bringing awareness of these often undiagnosed but easily treatable heart conditions by providing free EKG screenings and information to our community youth.

PURPOSE: Sparkling Angels Charities' “A Walk to Heal Hearts” will provide an opportunity for families and friends to walk together in remembrance of loved ones whom they have lost. Sparkling Angels Charities will help to to fight against future arrhythmia deaths, including Long QT Syndrome, by providing information and EKG screenings to all those in attendance of this event.
