21st Annual adidas/Southern California Cross Country Invitational Division I Division II Saturday, October 19, 2002 – Guajome Regional Park, Oceanside, California Notes for adiSoCal 2002: * Timing and scoring will all be done electronically, with bib numbers and bar-coded name labels. This will require rosters to be submitted no later than one week prior to the event. Varsity designations are not necessary – only a complete team roster. Additions may be made up until race day. * The varsity race schedule will begin with the #1 runners at 8:00 am, and finish with the #7 runners at 11:15 am. JV and Novice races will follow, alternating divisions (so coaches will not have more than one race on the course at a time). * Novice races are open to runners of all grade levels. It is left to the integrity of the coaches to determine which athletes are "novice" runners. If this is an athlete’s first cross country season, or first invitational, the Novice race will be great for them! * We are of course always looking to make the Southern California Invitational a great experience for you and your teams, and welcome your comments and feedback! * See you on the trails,… 21st Annual Southern California Cross Country Invitational Guajome Park maps and directions: From L.A....I-5 South/ Highway 76 East/ Exit North Santa Fe (Right at Stoplight)/ Park will be on the left side of N.Santa Fe - buses may go up a block to turn around and come back on the right side of the road.
