As for some meet info, we will have 16 to 17 teams
here at the Carson Invite. I am waiting for one team
to let me know if they are coming. We will should
have the top three girls teams (Carson, Galena, Reno)
and the top three boys teams (Galena, Reno, South
Tahoe) from Northern Nevada. Nevada Union out of CA,
and Sacred Heart Cathedral from CA, will also be
coming to this years meet. We are always trying to
get more CA teams and it is great to have these two
teams.
Top girls to watch will be: Shanna Sparks - Carson,
Collier Lawerance - Reno. These two will callenge for
the Zone championship if they stay healthy. Top boys
to watch will be Jonthan Cardenas and Chris Concha -
Reno, Stephen Pottey and Raul Domingeza - Galena.
Jonthan has dominated the northern Nevada this year.
Galena and Reno are the two power of Nevada boys this
year. The girls is going to be a very close, and is
going to come down to how they are feeling that day
and who is healthy.
