WORLD RECORD HOLDER
DEENA DROSSIN
TO APPEAR AT HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY MEET - Woodbridge Invitational
9/21/02
Former Agoura HS star - 1987-1989-1990 California State Division I Cross-Country
Champ - All-American University of Arkansas - now World Record Holder
and Olympic level athlete - will be at the Woodbridge Invitational Cross-Country
meet to sign autographs and talk to athletes. Seems like just a couple
of years ago that she started under Coach Bill Duley at Agoura HS in a
stunning manner as just a ninth grader in the first California State CC
Meet (Agoura's Bryan Dameworth won the Boys Div I meet that year in an
Agoura individual sweep!!). Great to see her continued impressive running
and kudo's to ASICS for their support of Deena and for everyone for making
her available in two weekends 9/21!!!
