From Coach Rich Bradarich: Great summer camp at Jalama Beach - above Santa Barbara - just voted
USA Today's one of top ten "Getaways" in the entire U.S!!! Week
spent having fun, taking long and shorter lactate threshold "zone"
runs, and workouts along the beach. Super time by all - Team had to qualify
by attending 80% of the summer "Team Run" workouts organized
by the Captains.
