BELLARMINE-KIWANIS INVITATIONAL

INSTRUCTIONS AND RANK SHEETS

3/12/05 CCS Meet

A. Please check your team list. If you have someone missing, please e-mail [email protected].

B. Each athlete has a number that they must wear in all events they are entered.

C. Field Events – All competitors will receive 4 attempts (NO FINALS)

D. Field Events – Because we have such a large field, not all marks will be measured. The event official will give the competitors that mark. If you are in a field event and need to go to a running event, please inform the field event official that you are leaving and return as soon as possible.

E. Please stay away from the finish area – all times of events will be posted on the side of the track and field shed.

F. All runners must check in with the clerk of the course.

 THE MEET WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE.

 THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS IF THE MEET HAS TO BE CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER CONCERNS.

 PLEASE WARM UP ON THE FIELD NEAR THE POLE VAULT PIT.

 THERE IS A TIME SCHEDULE – IF WE GET AHEAD OF THE TIME SCHEDULE, WE WILL STAY AHEAD. PLEASE HAVE YOUR ATHLETES PREPARED TO GO OFF EARLIER THEN THE SET TIME. I SUGGEST THAT ALL ATHLETES BE AT THE MEET TWO HOURS PRIOR TO THEIR EVENT.
