XC Wrap-Up/Track Lead-In

Now that the season is over, we are offering a clinic to give an overview of our past season, our principles of training, what works, what doesn't, and everything else you ever wanted to know about Murrieta Valley Cross Country. This is in response to the many of you with whom I have had email correspondence with over the past season (and those who just want to come) to give us a chance to sit down in person and answer all your questions. Below are all the particulars. Sorry for the late notice, but we wanted to get it out of the way before all of the great AAF track clinics. Please RSVP so I know how many copies to make.

What: Cross Country Wrap-up Clinic--Murrieta Valley XC season and training in review.

When: Friday, January 2, 2004 from 10:00am-whenever we're done

Where: Murrieta Valley High School, Room 120 (See Directions below

Cost: $10 (to cover copying and incidentals)

Extras: Lunch and a coaches' "goodie bag" provided by First to the Finish

Directions: [We are located in South Riverside County off of the 15 Fwy]
From the 15 South: Just past Lake Elsinore exit Clinton Keith Road (you can exit the 215 at the same exit) Turn Right (West); Turn Left on Palomar; travel ~2.5 miles to Nighthawk Way; Turn Right on Nighthawk Way and look for signs to parking on left. Room 120 is one of the portables in the parking lot.

From the 15 North: Exit California Oaks Road, turn Left; proceed to Washington Ave. and turn right; turn left on Nighthawk Way and folow the above instructions.
