"Informal High Jump Summer Camp"

City of Orange - Wednesday's starting 6/23/04

This will be an informal program for High Jumpers (grades 8-12) who want to get a little jumping in over the summer. Geared toward the high jump specialist aspiring to CIF-level competition. Our facilities are modest and we jump off a grass approach, but hey - it's still high jumping! If you love the event and want to work on technique, solve some problems and learn new concepts, this is for you. Camp runs Wednesday afternoons beginning 6/23 and continuing throughout the summer. All sessions are held at a small school in the city of Orange. This is a FREE camp...

Coach Jim Richardson has coached high jump exclusively for the past 7 years, at both Orange Lutheran HS (1998-2002) and now at Valley Christian HS (Cerritos/Bellflower). In that time he has coached 14 CIF qualifiers in High Jump - 8 of those earning medals at CIF Finals.

*** Space in this camp is extremely limited! Interested applicants should e-mail Coach Richardson at [email protected]. Please include a brief summary of your high jumping career so far, and your HJ goals going forward... Those accepted will be sent further camp details (location/times/etc.)

Thanks,

Jim Richardson
