WILLIAM JESSUP UNIVERSITY BEGINS CROSS COUNTRY PROGRAM:

William Jessup University is the new official name for San Jose Christian
College, which has relocated to Rocklin, California, and will open for
instruction at our new campus this Fall, 2004. The use of the term
University defines where we are going through the expansion of degree
programs and the future organization of academically specific schools within
the institution.

The University is also expanding the athletic program; and I have been
offered the head coaching position of our new Cross Country team. I'm
excited about the privilege to coach many fine runners in the years to come.

In addition, I'm excited about the opportunity to advance the sport of
running for all levels in the Rocklin and Northern California area. One of
our initial projects is to build a premier, spectator friendly cross country
course on a new and spacious campus in Rocklin, and opening our facility to
high school, college, and USATF open cross country invitational and
championship competition.

Naturally, I am now in the process of recruiting athletes for the Cross
Country team and offering some partial scholarships to qualified students.
I would welcome continued communication with you, as well as other coaches
and athletes that you know who may wish to learn more about our program.

Our Cross Country team will be competing in the California Pacific
Conference, Region II, NAIA (California State University-Hayward, Holy Names
College, Menlo College, Mills College (Women only), Notre Dame de Namur
University, and Pacific Union College).

More information about William Jessup University may be found at:

On the website you will find answers to many of the questions that you have
about the University. I also invite you to visit our campus and get
acquainted with some the faculty. William Jessup University is accredited
by the Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities of the
Western Association of Schools and Colleges and the Accrediting Association
of Bible Colleges.

Please feel free to contact me at any time.
