2003 Oakland Invitational Relays PRESS RELEASE APRIL 3, 2003 From: Keith Conning The Oakland Invitational Relays is one of the top high school track and field invitationals in Northern California each year. This year will be no exception. There are 84 high school teams participating from seven of the ten C.I.F. sections. Central Coast Section (8 schools): Aptos, Cupertino, Harbor (Santa Cruz), Live Oak, Milpitas, Mt. Pleasant (San Jose), Riordan (San Francisco), and Valley Christian (San Jose).
