Oakland Relays - 4/5 Meet Note for 24th Annual Competition

Coaches:

We have mailed, and you should have received at your school our
invitation for you to participate in the 24th Annual Oakland
Invitational Relays. We plan to mail Entry Forms to those
coaches/schools responding to this initial invitation. That information
should be fax/mailed immediately to Jerald J. Luzar, Commissioner,
Oakland Athletic League, 1025 2nd Avenue, Oakland, CA 94606. We plan to
mail Entry Forms to only those schools that have responded and provided
the requested information in mid/late February, 2003. There will be no
subsequent mailers or faxing of Entry Forms. Thereafter, Entry Forms can
be downloaded from our website [www.oaklandrelays.org] and faxed/mailed
as directed above.

All entries and seeding will be done in accord with the deadlines
indicated in the letter accompanying the Entry Forms, the special
invitations to individual athletes, and the final decision of the Relays
Committee. However, entries received after the stated deadline will be
entered only on a space available basis and in the earlier
heats/sections.
