EVENT SUMMARY: Training mates Della Clark and Marie Stringer (Throw 1 Deep TC in Georgia) had little problem handling the competiton, but their lifetime debut in indoor track had them a bit unfazed. "Just the cage, the crowd, the air, the closeness... It was nice to have, but it took a while to get used to. I kind of rushed myself. I was very happy to compete here, but was not thrilled with my mark." ... Among those that had to be thrilled was Sarah Cardinal of Blackfoot Track Club in nearby Blackfoot, Idaho. Cardinal let it loose to post a 42-6.5 effort which established a freshmen national record!
