DISCOUNT CLINIC FEE:
Remember! You must be a member of both the NMHSCA and the NMTCCCA to qualify
for the discount. Please send a copy of your current NMHSCA card with
the date and the name clearly visible with your clinic registration. Also,
you must appear on the NMT&CCCA list in this brochure. Your second
option is to enclose the appropriate fees with your registration.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Please make a note of the deadline (1/11/03) for
early registration. Please make sure to get your registration to me by
then. Please do not call me after the deadline and try to register over
the phone or avoid the late fees. I need that time right before the clinic
to focus on other things. Please make note of the address and phone #.
Chris R. Jaramillo 6623 Tierra Prieta Ave NW Albuquerque NM 87120 (831-9688).
Also, please make sure that your AD sends the registration form to me
and not NMAA or NMHSCA.
NAMETAGS: Again this year all clinic attendees must wear a nametag. You
will not be allowed into any sessions without one. There will be no exceptions.
This is to ensure that we don¹t have people seeking into sessions
without paying. It is not fair to those who do pay.
